Spanish Service Award for Michelin

Michelin Customer Service in the Iberian market draws acclaim for the sixth year

Michelin has received the “2023 Service Leaders” award in recognition of the quality of its customer service, awarded by the Service Leaders Contest”

Michelin Receives the "Leaders in Service" Award

A distinction that Michelin received for the sixth consecutive year as a result of the strategy implemented by the Group to put the customer at the centre of attention and be a reference in consumer experience.

Michelin has been one of the 29 award-winning companies in this twelfth edition of "The Leaders in Service Contest", which held its awards ceremony on September 4 at a Gala held in Madrid. To achieve this recognition as a leader in customer service, Michelin has passed an exhaustive evaluation consisting of more than 200 tests in the company's respective remote channels (phone calls, emails and forms, web browsing, social networks and virtual chat), along with a satisfaction survey of 2,000 people.

Offering not only the best products but also quality services that accompany the consumer is one of the priorities of Michelin, which constantly innovates to respond to the needs of an increasingly dynamic market. To do this, Michelin establishes a multi-channel relationship and offers support as close as possible to users, with advice that begins during the selection and purchase process before going to the authorised dealer or workshop and extends throughout the life of the tyre.

At the award ceremony, Laura Crespo, Head of Commercial Communications for Michelin in Spain & Portugal, declared: “For Michelin, customer satisfaction has been our reason for being for 130 years. Our Customer Service teams exceed their limits day by day to meet the growing expectations of users. Receiving this prestigious award again encourages us to continue our permanent commitment to maintaining standards and validates us in the idea that we are working in the right direction”.
