Michelin has started MyPortal to support and accompany transport professionals in their day-to-day work. Amongst the many advantages offered by this digital ecosystem, users that register from the 1st of June will receive a personal Coronavirus protection kit.

Michelin Going a Step Further for Transport Professionals

Michelin is extending its digital offering with Michelin MyPortal, a new space that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the website camion.michelin.es, allowing transport professionals to able to stay in contact with the Michelin world.

Amongst the support actions included in the new portal and due to the health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Michelin has been continuing to safeguard its clients and has decided to distribute to transporters a kit that can be used for their own protection as well as cleaning and disinfection of their own vehicles. Users already registered in the Michelin MyPortal from June the 1st will have access to this kit in the tyre shop of their choosing.

In this way Michelin MyPortal has been born staying loyal to its brand origin assuming a role as a travel companion for transport professionals. In addition to providing the product most adapted to the needs of its clients, it provides information in a new digital ecosystem that offers at any time and any device a quick problem solution and high quality customer service. An ecosystem that is complemented with the rest of the services that Michelin makes available for its clients such as applications like TruckFly which provides crucial information making travel easier.

In addition to this digital service, Michelin MyPortal allows access to a loyalty programme for self-employed individuals using Michelin&TuNegocio that gives access to exclusive tyre offers and provides many more advantages through personalised contents in relation to professional activities of every user.
