Trelleborg will unveil its two new products during a press conference at 5 p.m. on 10 November at the company’s stand in Hall 14, B2.
Alongside the two new products, visitors will discover the latest highlights from Trelleborg, including the TM800 PowerFlex, which is designed for mid- to high-powered tractors, combining VF-PFO (Very High Flexion – Pressure Field Operations) technology with ProgressiveTraction® tread design. According to Trelleborg, field tests showed up to 17% more traction and a 5% wider footprint compared with premium competitors, including a 6% reduction in rolling resistance and up to 20% longer tyre life.
For large-capacity spreaders and sprayers, Trelleborg will display the TM3000 VF 1250/50R32, featuring VF technology that allows up to 40% more load at the same inflation pressure, or operation at up to 40% lower pressure for the same load. Field evaluations showed a 19% larger footprint than premium competitors, which helps improve flotation and reduce soil compaction.
The TM1000 ProgressiveTraction® is designed for high-horsepower tractors and combines VF-PFO technology with the company’s tread design. Trelleborg reports up to 10% more traction, the ability to cover up to 12% more hectares per hour and up to 30% higher durability compared with premium competitors.
Trelleborg will also highlight its Premium Care programme, which offers a certified tread wear performance warranty of up to 5,000 hours on selected rear tyres in the TM1060, TM1000, TM900 and TM800 ranges equipped with ProgressiveTraction® technology. If tread depth falls below 20% before 5,000 hours, eligible customers receive a credit based on the unused hours towards a replacement tyre of the same model and size.
“Stunning tyre innovation means turning advanced engineering into tangible benefits for agricultural professionals,” said Luca Sabelli, Brand Director, Trelleborg Tires. “Our focus is on developing high-performance tyre solutions that help farmers and contractors get the most out of their machinery, delivering superior traction, extended tyre life and unmatched productivity.
