Vaculug has launched VMS Pro Max, the next-generation version of its VMS Mobile App, featuring a redesigned interface and AI-enhanced software for commercial fleet tyre management.
New App
The new Vaculug app is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store following three years of development.
Vaculug VMS Pro Max allows transport managers to access tyre and vehicle data while on the road, with the updated software enabling inspection reports to upload in the background, which reduces the time drivers and fleet managers spend waiting for synchronisation.
The new Vaculug app can connect to compatible Bluetooth measuring devices to record tyre tread depths automatically, replacing manual measurements. It also includes an integrated VAN Driver Guide, providing information on tyre care, road safety and legal compliance – the first integrated guide of its kind in a fleet management app.
Fleet managers can filter vehicles by inspection status over 30-, 60- or 90-day periods, making it easier to identify vehicles that have not been inspected and arrange follow-up checks.
Vaculug has advised existing users to synchronise all pending inspections in the current app and confirm that the data has uploaded successfully to the cloud before updating to VMS Pro Max, saying this step is necessary to avoid potential data loss during the transition.
