Goodyear Award Five TruckForce Service Awards Across Five Countries for Fourth Quarter of 2021

Goodyear has announced five new TruckForce Service Award winners for the final quarter of 2021. The TruckForce Service Awards started at the beginning of 2021 to highlight partners that have provided exceptional service across the pan-European TruckForce network.

Winners Chosen for Exceptional Service Across the Board

German company Duwald Reifen has consistently shown first class service and delivered a 100% ServiceLine24h acceptance rate for the last six years. With every emergency roadside request for service actioned with zero rejections, this shows the high professionalism from the company. Based outside Hamburg, Duwald Reifen has gone above and beyond for Goodyear customers and is a worthy winner.

For being the leading company in the country using Goodyear’s eJob app, coupled with continued growing support to key Goodyear fleets in PolandMisztal has also earned a TruckForce Service Excellence award. eJob is the latest version of Goodyear's mobile tyre management app, enabling technicians to record fleet work conducted at a customer's location or in a workshop.

Based near the strategically important port in northwest FranceNantes Pneumatiques has been awarded a TruckForce Service Excellence Award for providing a ServiceLine24h acceptance rate of over 90%. The company was also an early adopter of eJob. Nantes Pneumatiques is a member of Profil+ tyre group, helping expand the impressive fleet support package to Goodyear customers across France.

ProTyre Truck, based in Winchester, UK, has successfully rolled out Goodyear’s latest collection of smart tools, including eJob and FOS (FleetOnline Solutions) eCasing, across its national network. Together with Goodyear, the collaboration has seen an expansion recently in specific parts of the UK to deliver strong coverage for the service network to fleet customers, helping the company gain its TruckForce Service Excellence Award.

Finally, for first-class service delivery at contracted fleets, showing a high usage of eJob and growing business shares, Dekk og Felg Lillestrøm has gained a TruckForce Service Excellence AwardLocated near Oslo and close to the Swedish border, its range of services in a strategically important location matched the criteria for a TruckForce Service Excellence Award.

In 2021, we showcased 20 TruckForce partners across 12 countries. These awards have reinforced the breadth of coverage and quality of our network.
