BKT Puts Solidarity and Corporate Responsibility at the Heart of the Christmas Season

BKT-Organises-Special-Campaign

BKT made full use of its title sponsorship of the Italian Serie B division with its Christmas on all fields campaign. The campaign involved distributing over 1,000 gift packages containing BKT-branded balls in different areas and sporting locations in towns which are in the Serie BKT.

Creative Projects Part of BKT’s Corporate Responsibility Plans

Focusing on Fattore Campo (Field Factor), BKT's Corporate Responsibility project arose from the idea of teaming up to achieve an important shared goal of donating new play areas in the cities and towns in the Serie BKT.

With Fattore Campo, BKT has invested in projects for the renovation, restructuring or redevelopment of spaces dedicated to sports and leisure activities in the towns of the 20 clubs of which it is title sponsor. For each team participating in the Serie BKT 2021/2022, a specific local project to be completed has been identified, in agreement with the municipal administrations.

A fundamental role in Fattore Campo is played by the fans as they choose the projects through the BKT Premia platform to be redeveloped.

In addition to the towns, this special Christmas activity also reached stadiums, where match balls were delivered to the referee in a gift package, to further strengthen the message given in the towns in the Serie BKT and underline the passion for football.

After this difficult year, moreover, just before kick-off, players warmly applauded their fans, thanking them for their attendance and tremendous loyalty.

Solidarity in Spain with BKT

In Spain, as Official Global Partner, BKT supported instead the solidarity campaign promoted by LaLiga and carried out in collaboration with FESBAL (the Spanish Federation of Food Banks) to raise funds for the purchase of food for less well-off families.

BKT joined the initiative by donating EUR 5,000 and one minute's worth of coverage on the pitch-side screens to promote and support the fundraising.
