Alliance Announce New Warranty for Galaxy Solid Tyre Range
On the new warranty Angelo Noronha, President EMEA at Alliance Tire Group said, "We are fully committed to innovation, latest technology, and premium components, and we have enormous confidence in the resulting quality and reliability of our tyres. That is why we introduced this industry-leading 5-year warranty standard for the entire Galaxy solid tyre segment for our customers as of 2020."
The new extended warranty further adds to the value of Galaxy solid tyres and provides additional benefits for customers. The range includes a wide range of tyre patterns for various applications on forklifts, skidsteers, wheel loaders, telehandlers and vehicles like baggage carts etc.
The new 5-year limited warranty covers “Resilient Solid Tyres” and “Non-Marking Solid Tyres” common in Europe as well as “Press on band Solid Tyres” which are mainly marketed by Alliance Tire Group in other regions of the world.
The warranty is valid for 60 months from the date of purchase as of January 2020, confirmed by a valid invoice from the distributor/dealer to the end customer, except for the cases of improper handling and/or use (conditions apply). Furthermore, the warranty ends when the 60J safety line is reached on the sidewall of Resilient Solid Tyres & Non-marking solid tyres. In case of Press on band Solid Tyres, the warranty lasts only until the loss of up to two thirds of the original rubber height due to operational wear.
