Lapin Kumi, a part of Citira tyre service chains in Finland, has completed the previously announced acquisition of Rengas Turku, a tyre service provider with six locations in Southwest Finland.
New Chapter

Rengas Turku will continue to operate with the same teams from the same premises. Marko Rantanen, Tomi Kaartovuori and Marko Virta will continue operating in the business as co-owners of Citira.
Rengas Turku was founded in 1994 by Marko Rantanen and Tomi Kaartovuori, bringing in a third owner in 2008, Marko Virta. Over the past 10 years, the business added new locations in Kaarina, Lieto and Salo, with this recent acquisition giving customers access to a broader product range, a nationwide service network and an even stronger procurement and logistics network.
