Mitas and Farmers Tyre Ltd will join forces once again at the Royal Highland Show 2026, showcasing a range of agricultural tyre solutions designed to support productivity, efficiency and soil protection.
Tyre Selection, Performance and Latest Developments
Taking place from 18–21 June at the Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh, the event will see Mitas and Farmers Tyre Ltd welcome farmers, contractors and machinery operators to Stand T226A, where visitors can discuss tyre selection, performance and the latest developments in agricultural tyre technology.
Farmers Tyre Ltd works with agricultural operators across the UK, supplying tyre and wheel solutions for a wide range of applications, including high-horsepower tractors, combines, trailers and grassland machinery. At the show, specialists from both Farmers Tyre Ltd and Mitas will be available to advise visitors on choosing the right fitments for their specific operating conditions.
Representing Mitas will be Jon McLuckie, Area Sales Manager for Yokohama TWS, who will showcase several key products from the Mitas agricultural range.
Among the tyres on display will be the VF 540/65R34 HC2000, a premium tractor tyre featuring Very High Flexion (VF) technology. Designed for high-horsepower applications, the HC2000 allows operators to carry heavier loads at lower inflation pressures, reducing soil compaction and improving traction and fuel efficiency.
The stand will also feature the 650/65R42 AC65, a versatile radial tractor tyre developed for reliable performance across both field and road applications, featuring a wide footprint, which helps distribute weight effectively, supporting soil protection while maintaining productivity.
For handling and industrial applications, visitors can see the 480/80R38 HCM, a durable tyre engineered for demanding agricultural and municipal environments where stability and long service life are essential.
Completing the display will be the 560/60R22.5 AGRITERRA ULTRA, designed for trailers and agricultural implements, combining high load capacity with reduced soil impact and helping operators protect ground conditions during transport and field work.
Jon McLuckie, Area Sales Manager – Scotland at Yokohama TWS, said: “The Royal Highland Show is one of the highlights of the agricultural calendar and provides a fantastic opportunity to meet farmers and contractors from across Scotland. Working alongside Farmers Tyre Ltd allows us to combine local expertise with the latest Mitas technology, helping visitors understand how the right tyre choice can contribute to productivity, efficiency and soil protection.”
Visitors to Stand T226A will also have the chance to enter a raffle to win one of six Mitas-branded tractor seat covers by completing a short survey.
