Wanda Tyre showcased its product portfolio at Agritechnica 2025, with a goal of building contacts, enhancing brand awareness in the EU and finding distributors in Europe.
Background
Tianjin Wanda Tyre Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988, a group company integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales. Starting with the production of bicycle tubes, the company focuses on a wide range of products, including agricultural tyres. At Agritechnica 2025, we had a chance to speak to Sales Representative Han Na, who presented the company’s growing agricultural tyre portfolio, featuring both radial and bias constructions. Wanda Tyre started selling its agricultural range in the EU last year, with Poland currently being one of its main markets, where they sell directly to end users.
This year marked their second appearance at Agritechnica, but the first time showcasing their own products. Their goal for this year’s Agritechnica was clear: building new contacts, strengthening brand visibility across the EU, and identifying potential distribution partners. Agritechnica provided a good exposure to them, with visitors noting that the brand’s products were competitively priced compared with other alternatives. Wanda Tyre also encouraged visitors to trial the tyres to convert interest into long-term sales.
Looking ahead, the company’s top priority at the moment is expanding into the UK market, which they consider as their most important growth region. Its current tyre sizes have been developed specifically with UK demand in mind, and the product line is scheduled to expand significantly. By mid-2026, Wanda Tyre hopes to offer 20 sizes, with further development intended for broader European coverage. While existing sizes are suitable for the EU market, the next targeted region after the UK is the Netherlands.
WRA001
Speaking of the Wanda Tyre products at Agritechnica 2025, the main focus was on the R-1W WRA001 tractor tyre. Thanks to its tread angle design, the tyre provides long-lasting traction while the reinforced tyre carcass minimises punctures. The layered wave design at the bottom of the groove is responsible for minimal soil impact and self-cleaning features. Special rubber compound provides anti-cracking and anti-puncture features of the tyre, which is currently available in 8 sizes.
