Asian Tyre Factory (ATF) showcased its Agricultural Tyre Range at this year’s Agritechnica, focusing on tyres for irrigation, dual rib planters, farm implements (AW) and more.

About ATF

Founded in 1993 in Jalandhar (Punjab), ATF has a wide product range, including agricultural tyres, OTR/industrial tyres, commercial tyres, solid tyres and butyl tubes. Today, ATF exports its products to over 108 countries worldwide. We had a chance to visit their stand at Agritechnica 2025 and share insights with Harpreet Saini, Business Head for Europe and Monir Verma, a Director for ATF.

According to ATF, they develop proprietary rubber compounds engineered for specific terrains and load conditions, incorporating advanced additives, high-quality polymers, and reinforcement technologies to enhance wear resistance, heat dissipation, cut and chip protection, and rolling efficiency. ATF tyre structures are designed using 3D tread modelling, load-simulation and wear-prediction tools, impact-tested sidewall reinforcements, and purpose-built bead constructions to improve durability and retreadability. The company’s R&D also focuses on sustainable material development, such as bio-based rubber blends, recycled carbon black, nano-silica additives, and butyl-rich formulations for extended tube life.

Agricultural Tyre Range

At Agritechnica 2025, ATF presented its Agricultural Tyre Range, starting with AT-963, a tractor tyre designed for wet and moist soil conditions.  Its design ensures grip and self-cleaning ability, making it a good fit for demanding agricultural tasks where traction and cleanliness are important.

ATF DuraTrax 1621 is another tyre which is a part of the company’s agricultural range and is designed for compact and backhoe loaders engaged in digging and loading operations across agricultural and industrial settings. It features an extra-deep tread which provides cut and chip resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability, as well as self-cleaning abilities and traction.

ProTrax 5131 is a heavy-duty tyre designed for skid steers operating in construction environments. The tyre is designed for loose and abrasive surfaces while offering cut and chip resistance thanks to its deep tread and reinforced sidewall.

ATF also showcased its Lawn and Garden Tyre Range, including AT-7804 and AT-9406.

AT-7804 is a tyre range designed for mowers, golf carts, and small tractors. Designed with a wide tread and contoured profile, it ensures smooth movement across delicate surfaces while minimising turf damage. The ribbed pattern, combined with angled saw tooth lugs, delivers enhanced grip through micro-bites and ensures steering control in garden and turf conditions.

AT-9406 is also designed for lawn and garden applications with mowers and select small tractors. Its tread pattern ensures minimal ground disturbance, offering both comfort and ease of handling. For operations requiring durability, an aramid-belted version is available to provide enhanced puncture resistance, making it a good fit for rough or debris-filled fields.
