At Solutrans 2025 in Lyon, France, Maxion Wheels announced that preparations are complete for the start of serial production of its new forged aluminium truck wheels in January 2026 at its newly established plant in Manisa, Türkiye. The new facility, a joint investment with İnci Holding, marks a significant step in expanding Maxion Wheels’ commercial vehicle portfolio and reinforcing its commitment to innovation and customer value.
Production in Türkiye
The new forged aluminium wheels will be available in the most sought-after sizes and finishes, meeting the highest standards of durability, performance, and appearance for OEMs and fleets across Europe and Türkiye. Additional wheel sizes will be introduced over time, expanding Maxion Wheels’ forged aluminium wheel portfolio for commercial vehicles.

The new 24,500-square-meter plant in Manisa is fully operational, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology sourced primarily from European manufacturers, ensuring precision, efficiency, and production quality. With an initial installed capacity of approx. 350,000 forged aluminium truck wheels annually, the facility is built with the flexibility to accommodate future expansions.
Looking ahead, Maxion Wheels is developing a new patented surface treatment solution for enhanced durability, corrosion protection, and easy cleaning and maintenance. Laboratory and benchmarking tests are currently underway.
