Goodyear's Drive Results Tour to highlight Total Mobility offerings

After last year's success, Goodyear is presenting its Goodyear Total Mobility concept in a newly designed mobile showroom.

Goodyear Starts European Drive Results Tour 2023

Goodyear is about to start its 15-country Drive Results Tour. The route will take the redesigned Goodyear Drive Results truck to various events across Europe between April and November 2023, showcasing the full range of Goodyear Total Mobility offerings.

This holistic approach helps fleets maximise their efficiency with Goodyear tyres, services and mobility solutions, increasing their competitiveness while becoming more sustainable. The European Tour features a packed programme with a variety of events, from the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC) to shows specialising in trucks, fleets and logistics.

The Drive Results Tour started on April 20th at the Transport 2023 trade fair in Herning, Denmark. Then it goes on to various trade fairs with a focus on logistics. The show truck will also be present at all Goodyear FIA ETRC races.

The first stop of the show truck in the DACH region will be in Germany as part of the "Transport logistic" trade fair in Munich. The show truck will be there from May 9th to 13th, 2023 on the outdoor area (booth 706/2). Interested parties can register to visit the truck on a specially created landing page and receive a free trade fair ticket at the same time.

The Drive Results truck will make a stop at the Goodyear FIA ETRC Truck Race Event at the Nürburgring from July 12th to 16th, 2023. The crowning glory will be Switzerland, where Goodyear will present its Goodyear Total Mobility offering to the public at the 12th Swiss Commercial Vehicle Show.

Sustainability and cost efficiency will continue to drive mobility solutions for fleets

According to the most recent Goodyear Sustainable Reality Survey conducted in 2022, fleets continue to understand the importance of sustainable investments. 41 per cent of fleets indicated that reducing operating costs is an important factor when considering new solutions. This is a 32 per cent increase from the 2021 survey. On average, 41 per cent of fleets see sustainability as an opportunity to reduce operating costs. This is a 28 per cent increase from the 2021 survey.

There are also signs that fleet managers have become even more sensitive to costs in the current economic environment. Compared to 2021, the number of fleets requesting financial incentives has increased by 4 per cent.

Interactive showroom truck brings Goodyear Total Mobility closer

With the Drive Results Tour, Goodyear addresses fleet challenges and shows that effective and sustainable solutions do not have to be complex revenue compromises. The interactive showroom has been completely revamped since the 2022 tour, and now offers an even more immersive customer experience and a comprehensive overview of Goodyear's products and solutions. To provide visitors with an even better experience, the Drive Results showroom will feature an engaging mix of real and virtual elements.

Visitors can not only experience the latest tyres, but also all mobility solutions such as Goodyear TPMS, Goodyear CheckPoint or Goodyear DrivePoint. They are all connected to modern web and mobile applications powered by computing, demonstrating Goodyear's expertise in supporting transport fleets in what will be a demanding transport environment in the future.

Maciej Szymanski, Marketing Director Commercial Europe at Goodyear, comments; “Goodyear Total Mobility encompasses more than just tyres, because the concept offers a tailor-made complete solution that increases fleet efficiency, competitiveness and supports the achievement of sustainability goals.

“In what continues to be a difficult economic environment, fleets have to work at the highest level. I am very pleased that we can once again present our solutions in one place, in a specially designed showroom truck that offers an impressive experience to every visitor."
