Trelleborg’s EMR 1051 tyre has scored the 2021 Hevea award in the Best OTR (Off-the-Road) Tyre Category for Los Premios Hevea, organised by Europneus, at the IFEMA Fair, Madrid.

Designed specifically for wheel loaders, the EMR 1051 tyre received almost 30% of the votes from the public and judges, confirming Trelleborg's second win in these prestigious awards, following the win in the Best Agricultural Tyre Category with the TM1000 ProgressiveTraction in 2019.

Engineered using a specialised compound and boasting a strong radial carcass and extra-deep tread, the earth-moving radial tire EMR 1051 optimises load distribution and tyre life while boosting ride comfort and fuel efficiency. Designed for heavy loads, it is a solution for working on intensive construction jobs, including in open pits and quarries. The EMR 1051 range consists of four sizes: 20.5R25; 23.5R25; 26.5R25 and 29.5R25.
