Jaime Rodríguez Puentes has started his new role as head of the agricultural segment as of April 1, 2022. Rodríguez comes equipped with on-the-ground experience, having worked for the past six years in sales for Continental Specialty Tires and ten years for the tyre manufacturer in Spain.
Rodríguez Ready to Take Role in Ever-Expanding Agricultural Sector
Rodríguez said of the new position, “This new responsibility is a challenge and I am ready to face it with the greatest enthusiasm. Continental is a company that, for decades, has added value to the sector with a focus on excellence. The agricultural segment is transforming and at Continental, we want to help lead this movement.”
This addition to the team reinforces even further Continental Specialty Tires’s strategy in a segment that has been experiencing extraordinary growth since the manufacturer redoubled its efforts in the agricultural segment from 2017 with the opening of its Lousado, Portugal base where its radial agricultural tyres are produced.
