Goodyear has honoured its partners within the German TruckForce network for excellence in truck services. Every two year Goodyear carries out an internal audit to choose three winners who provide quality service.

Goodyear Completes Its Internal Audit to Honour Three TruckForce Partners

The criterion of the test, which is evaluated by experts includes workshop equipment, the equipment of service vehicles and the quality of the fleet service. Tyre models and sizes are also checked to ensure they fulfil the ServiceLine24h breakdown service. The partner company’s appearance, employee equipment, company workshop and vehicles are also analysed through an official checklist.

Angelo Pingitzer, Goodyear Network Manager, DACH said, “We are very proud of the cooperation with our TruckForce partners and thank them for their consistently excellent service. We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to all of the award winners! Our goal is to continuously raise the level of our service promise with the external audit. Outstanding service quality is and will remain a decisive factor for the success of our network.”

Reifen-Kienberger Scores First Place

Reifen Kienberge from Thierhaupten, near Augsburg in Bavaria scored the coveted prize due to their excellent service, as judged by the external auditors. "We are very pleased about this award because it confirms our truck and commercial vehicle service offering, which is designed to enable our customers to have as little downtime as possible," explains Junior Manager Max Kienberger, who also has responsibility for extending the Kienberger range. Europe-wide TruckForce Award program

Goodyear has recently launched a Europe-wide awards program, in addition to the German prize, which is given out every two years. The TruckForce Service Excellence Award Programme credits partners who have approved a proactive approach to sustainability, training and innovation. The premium company Reifenbörse Arnold from Bergkamen received a TruckForce Award for the use of the eJob tool, which digitizes the entire service process of a truck and bus fleet from registration to maintenance, breakdown assistance, retreading and warranty. Service partners in the Netherlands, France, Great Britain and Spain received further European TruckForce Awards for the first quarter of 2021.
