Alliance is expanding its Agriflex+ 363 XT and Agriflex+ 363 row-crop range with six higher load-index specifications, responding to the growing size and capacity of self-propelled sprayers.
Higher Load Capacity
The six additions to the Alliance sprayers range comprise five sizes in the Agriflex+ 363 XT pattern and one in the Agriflex+ 363 pattern. All are VF radial R-1 specifications for narrow row-crop applications and are listed in Alliance’s September 2026 price list.
The higher load indices are designed for the heavier operating weights of the latest sprayers and can be used at the higher inflation pressures set out in Alliance’s technical data, when the application requires it. The strong sidewall supports machine stability under load, while the higher carrying capacity helps operators make productive use of larger tank volumes.
Alliance advises operators to set pressure for the actual axle load, speed and tyre specification rather than using one setting for every task, which allows VF casing to work within its designed load-pressure range and helps maintain dependable performance in the field and on the road.
Row-crop sprayers usually work on dedicated tramlines within precision-farming systems. Keeping machines on these established wheel paths protects the cropped area outside the traffic lanes from wheel contact. The new higher-load specifications allow the tyre choice to follow this operating model as sprayer capacities increase.
With this extension, Alliance aims to provide operators and dealers with higher carrying capacity, stability under load, a broader row-crop choice (extended rim diameters from 32 to 54 inches) and support for precision farming.

- Agriflex+ 363 XT VF230/95R48: 148D, R-1, catalogue code 36300058AL-AP.
- Agriflex+ 363 VF320/90R46: 165D, R-1, catalogue code 36300059AL-AP.
