TRS Tyres Goes Live with CAM and e-jobsheet

Lancashire-based TRS Tyres has gone live with CAM software solutions and e-jobsheet to support its commercial tyre service function, as well as enabling the casing company to control its inbound and outbound stock effectively and provide greater visibility of product across its two sites.

TRS Integrates CAM's Solutions

The company has opted to integrate CAM’s UniSerV, Cameo, Online Tyre Catalogue (OTC) and e-jobsheet technologies into its mobile service operation, which will enable TRS Tyres to remove back office costs and inaccuracies associated with the manual completion of service work, while improving its customer service through operational responsiveness.

The new implementation will support the launch of its wholesale division and futureproof its business infrastructure for further growth and development.

Nathan Wintrip, operations manager of TRS Tyres, says, “As the business continues to grow year on year, and we expand into the wholesale sector for the first time, this tailored solution designed by CAM will enable us to control our stock and purchasing in a managed way and have financial values at our fingertips rather than having to manually look through piles of invoices and spreadsheets. CAM has been excellent in understanding our requirements and providing a solution that is multi-site, giving us greater clarity across the business as well as enhancing the customer experience by producing detailed reports for our customers.”

Ryan Naughton, operations director of CAM, adds, “Our project delivery team has shaped an effective solution for TRS Tyres that enables the casings expert to enhance its commercial service business, maintaining full control over its tyre collection functionality, while also improving visibility, productivity and cost-efficiency as well as supporting its wholesale ambitions.”
