New 6 Year Truck Tyre Guarantee for All Sailun and RoadX Tyres

Sailun has announced a new 6-year warranty term on all of its Sailun and RoadX truck tyres.

The company has announced that the guarantee is valid from 01.11.2019.

The guarantee applies to all replacement truck tyres that are used in road traffic and are classified with the serial and DOT number, meaning that under this guarantee, all eligible tyres are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. Additionally, this guarantee is valid for the service life of the original tread depth up to the wear limit of 1.6 mm.

On top of this, if the original tread wear is 2 mm or less, the refund will be 100% of the Sailun purchase price. If a tyre is worn more than 2 mm and there is a guarantee claim, the Sailun Group will refund the tyre pro rata. They will multiply the percentage of the remaining usable tread by the current Sailun purchase price at the time of submission of the claim to the Sailun Group.
