Cawleys, one of the UK’s leading, independently-owned recycling companies, has signed a tyre supply and maintenance agreement with Vacu-Lug Tyre Management.
Vacu-Lug Adds Recycling Company to Clientele
The agreement, which started in October of this year, provides Cawleys with a reliable breakdown service, transparent and easily-accessible tyre reporting and access to Vacu-Lug’s tyre management app, which was first released to the market last year and since then has been populated with further features for customers to exploit.
Cawleys provides a complete range of services for businesses looking to manage and recycle waste resources and hazardous waste as efficiently as possible and their services span all operational size requirements from single skip hire to shopping centre management.
Like Vacu-Lug, the company is well-established having reached 70 years in the business. Vacu-Lug itself will reach this benchmark in 2020.
Cawleys operates a responsive service that flexes to their customer’s needs. They provide a range of support services - such as compliance and online reporting – which mirrors Vacu-Lug’s approach.
Vacu-Lug’s bespoke VMS software – now available on tablet and mobile - has been designed with the customer in mind. It provides a wide-ranging and accessible reporting suite – which gives the customer 100% visibility – and helps them to keep track of detail such as expenditure and the reasons why a tyre may have been removed from their vehicle. Day-to-day management is the responsibility of the Vacu-Lug Operations Team who use a strategically-placed service network, but the availability of the VMS software has meant that transport managers can keep an eye on everything that is going on with their tyres whilst resting assured that Vacu-Lug have the fleet under control.
