SPEEDLINE TRUCK Convinces with its Wheels at Nürburgring

SPEEDLINE TRUCK’s forged wheels delivered good performance levels during the third race of this year’s FIA Truck Racing Championship.
The third race of this year's FIA Truck Racing Championship took place at the Nürburgring from 30 June to 2 July 2017. SPEEDLINE TRUCK has been actively supporting the tankpool24 racing team since 2013. This season, the company is again actively contributing to the racing team’s success as one of the suppliers of light alloy forged wheels for commercial vehicles, trailers and buses.

As a sponsor of the tankpool24 racing team, SPEEDLINE TRUCK was on site with its own stand and staff and presented its wheel range throughout the entire racing weekend. Moreover, an additional customer event took place with visitors from Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden.

This season, the tankpool24 racing team uses specially developed closed wheels of 22.5x9.00 inches, which reduce water formation on the tyre. They thus contribute to improving adhesion of the tyres on the road and increasing driving safety.

In the course of the three spectacular races – unfortunately, the fourth had to be canceled due to technical reasons – the forged wheels from SPEEDLINE TRUCK demonstrated their high strength and safety several times. Particularly during the crash between Norbert Kiss with two other drivers in the second race on Saturday.
