Hankook participated for the eighth time in a row at the Transport Complete fair, which took place in Hardenberg again this year.
Hankook Exhibited at the Transport Complete Fair
This famous fair is the knowledge and network fair for the transport sector. This year, Hankook exhibited two latest tyres from its popular SmartFlex range, the AH51 for the steering axle and the DH51 for the drive axle. These latest additions to the SmartFlex series offer 15 and 20 per cent longer service life respectively compared to the previous models, can be reprofiled themselves and feature 3D technology. These tyres are very popular in the market due to their excellent durability and strong hardwearing rubber compound. A retreaded tyre, the Alphatread R-TH31 was also on display.
Hankook’s retreaded tyres, Alphatread, together with Hankook’s Smartlife concept, can extend the life of a tyre by 250 per cent. This is not only more sustainable but also more economical for the fleet manager. The line of bus and truck tyres was shown under the Laufenn brand. The company’s second brand, successfully established in 2015 in the passenger car sector, is already known for its attractive price-performance ratio. The new product line has been developed to further enhance Laufenn and the synergy with the Hankook brand. On the booth, the LF22 for regional loads was displayed next to the LZ22, which serves as a tyre for the steering axle for regional transport and the LF91, which is suitable for regional trailer transport.
