The IIP highlighted the company’s strong culture of putting people at the front of its business. Equally important, the IIP noted CAM’s importance on ensuring its workers have the expertise and flexibility to feel valued and supported. Finally, the assessment also praised CAM’s directors for being active role models for employees through committing to achieving customer deliverables and business success.
