There were 27,485 light commercial vehicles registered in France in April, which constitutes a 31.80% drop, compared to the prior April, according to the latest Comité des Constructeurs Français d’Automobiles figures, the Automotive manufacturing association in France.
2022 Commercial Vehicle Market Failing to Match 2021 Levels
For the first four months, the market has struggled to gain traction with the total registrations so far this year reaching 118,219, which is 26.1% below 2020’s 160,122 units.
In April, Stellantis was the recipient of half the overall total with 13,731 registrations, with Grupo Renault coming in second place with 21.5% of the registrations and 5,935 registrations.
