Top Recambios has expanded its commercial vehicle tyre portfolio with a range of Lanvigator tyres manufactured in Vietnam for vans, trucks and buses. The Valencia-based tyre distributor has been the exclusive distributor of Lanvigator in Spain and Portugal since 2014.

The latest products further develop the Lanvigator brand, which has established a presence in the budget tyre segment, winning the “Budget Tyre Brand Award” at the Hevea Tyre Industry Awards in 2021. According to Top Recambios, Lanvigator is manufactured by a Chinese company that has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, focusing on technological innovation, process automation and quality control.
The new Lanvigator tyres, together with established models already sold in Europe, are manufactured at a smart factory in Vietnam that became operational in late 2024, where around $500 million was invested in the first phase of the highly automated Industry 4.0 facility. The plant currently has a production capacity of 14.4 million tyres per year, which is expected to increase to 24.4 million units in 2027 when the second phase of the facility is completed, representing a further investment of $280 million.
Commercial Tyre Ranges
For vans, Lanvigator’s range at Top Recambios includes the MileMax, which is joined by the new Van Trek Pro, developed for intensive everyday use, with a reinforced construction that provides a combination of performance, precision and driving comfort.
The range also includes the Catchfors Van A/S all-season tyre, featuring a V-shaped tread pattern and Z-shaped grooves designed to assist with the evacuation of water, mud and light snow. It carries both 3PMSF certification and M+S marking, making it suitable for year-round applications.
Top Recambios also distributes Lanvigator’s full range of truck and bus tyres produced at the Vietnamese plant, which currently manufactures approximately 2.4 million commercial vehicle tyres annually. The range covers various applications, including long-distance transport, regional operations, mixed on-road/off-road use and dedicated off-road applications, with many sizes featuring 3PMSF certification and M+S marking.
For long-haul applications, the Lanvigator range at Top Recambios includes the SL101 for steering axles, DL011 for drive axles and TL003 for trailer axles, joined by tyres for regional transport, including the SL102 steering axle tyre, DV002 and DV211 drive axle tyres and TL002 for trailer axles.
For mixed on- and off-road operations, Lanvigator offers the DM311 for drive axles and the AM001 and AM201 for trailer axles, among others. The range also covers more demanding off-road applications, with the DM325, for example, designed for industrial and dump trucks operating in off-road environments.
