Zhou Lingkun has been appointed President and CEO of Linglong Tire. He is bringing extensive global consulting and technology leadership experience to strengthen the company’s governance and operations.
Strengthening Linglong Tire’s Corporate Governance
Zhou Lingkun has been the new President and CEO of Linglong Tire since 16th March, taking over operational management of the tyre manufacturer to optimise the company’s corporate governance structure. Meanwhile, his predecessor, Wang Feng, whose family controls the company’s shares, retains his position in Linglong Tire. He continues to serve as chairman of the board of directors.
Bringing Global Expertise to Linglong Tire
Prior to joining Linglong Tire, Lingkun, born in 1974 and a graduate of the renowned Zhejiang University, worked for international consulting and IT companies such as Arthur Andersen, IBM and Hewlett-Packard. Most recently, he was President of the Enterprise Technology and Performance Business Group and a member of Deloitte China’s Board.
