BKT has further extended its Original Equipment (OE) division with three new appointments for France and South America—a further step towards BKT’s long-term objectives outlined in the company’s 2030 growth vision and strategic roadmap.
About the New BKT Appointments
One of the appointments BKT announced is Rémi Morin as Brand Specification Manager in France. In this pivotal role, Rémi brings in over 12 years of experience with a major global OEM and a decade of international leadership across smart farming, mobility, and innovation. According to BKT, this move reflects its commitment to aligning product development even more closely with the needs of OEMs, dealers, and end-users—ensuring innovation is driven by the real-world demands of the field.
In his new role, Rémi will lead BKT’s strategic engagement with tractor dealers in France, where BKT already holds a strong position with OEMs and end-users, leading in the aftermarket channel. This new focus on tractor dealer relationships marks a bold step in BKT’s vision to deliver value from the ground up—through deeper partnerships, sharper market insight, and a relentless focus on customer-centric growth.
As part of company’s global OE deployment and aiming at scaling operations in this key business region, BKT announced the arrival of two senior professionals for South America.
The first is Cadu Accica, who has been appointed as Head OEM South America and brings in 19 years of experience in the speciality tyre industry with a proven record in business development, marketing and sales in LATAM. At BKT, Cadu will lead OE partnerships, delivering value through customer proximity and long-term collaboration.
The second is Lincoln Sugimoto, who joins BKT as OEM Technical Manager South America. Having a strong background in engineering and project management and 15 years of experience, including key roles in the speciality tyre and material handling industries, Lincoln will make sure that OEMs in South America receive technical support, fostering innovation in every partnership.
