BKT announces that Paolo Mantovani has been appointed as the new Head of OEM Industrial & OTR Europe, the European arm of Balkrishna Industries Ltd.
New Leadership to Accelerate BKT’s OE Expansion in Europe
BKT Europe further strengthens its OE structure by announcing the appointment of Paolo Mantovani as Head OEM Industrial & OTR Europe. The European subsidiary of Balkrishna Industries Ltd, a leading tyre manufacturer in the Off-Highway tyre industry, marks a strategic milestone, thus accelerating its journey to become a top-tier global player in the Original Equipment (OE) market.
With over 15 years of commercial and strategic experience across the tyre industry, Mantovani has held key roles in the passenger, truck, retread, and off-road segments throughout Europe. His strong business acumen and deep understanding of OEM requirements will be instrumental in driving BKT’s growth and expansion in the Industrial and OTR sectors across the company’s key markets.
In his role, Mantovani will reinforce BKT’s organisation chart in the OE channel, pursuing a well-defined strategic plan that will consolidate and expand the company’s leadership worldwide, while fostering strong relationships with OEM partners, promoting innovation, and supporting BKT’s long-term vision for sustainable and profitable growth across global markets.

Her promotion underscores BKT’s strategy to invest in experienced, high-impact talent to drive growth in the agricultural segment.
To complete the team, Mélodie Dubreuil has recently joined BKT as OEM Technical Manager EMEA. With over six years of experience in the tyre industry and more than two years at CNH Europe, Dubreuil brings valuable technical expertise that will strengthen collaboration with OEM partners and ensure BKT’s solutions continue to meet evolving technical demands.
