Vaculug took the opportunity offered by this week’s Road Transport Expo to launch a new truck tyre, the Zenises Zexy SA.
Zexy SA: Three Sizes Now Available
The new tyre, manufactured by ZC Rubber exclusively for Vaculug’s parent company, Zenises, is a new multi-purpose tyre, which, according to Vaculug Managing Director Jorge Crespo, has been manufactured according to quality parameters in line with ZC Rubber’s Westalke brand, which until recently, was distributed by Vaculug.
The Zexy SA features four straight tread grooves for excellent water drainage and specially designed tread pitches for low external noise. The tyre’s multi-kerf configuration provides outstanding traction on wet and snowy road surfaces and has a computer-designed tyre casing, providing a good footprint for extending tyre life.
The new tyre is initially available in 295/80 R 22.5 – 18 PR, 315/70 R 22.5 – 20PR, and 315/80 R 22.5 – 18 PR. All three tyres carry the 3-peak mountain snowflake symbol.
