At the 2025 WESTLAKE TBR Dealer Conference in Madrid, ZC Rubber highlighted its European fleet service strategy and partner collaboration.
WESTLAKE Tyre Strengthens European Fleet Presence
ZC Rubber successfully hosted the 2025 WESTLAKE TBR Dealer Conference in Madrid, bringing together the brand’s strategic partners across Europe. This included leading tyre wholesalers, service providers, and major fleet operators such as DSV. The conference highlighted the company’s long-term vision for the European market. It placed particular focus on enhancing fleet services as a key driver of growth.
Over the past decade, since WESTLAKE TYRE entered the European market in 2014, the brand has grown steadily. In 2024 alone, more than 300,000 WESTLAKE truck and bus radial (TBR) tyres were delivered to Europe. This gives the brand an estimated 2.5% market share.
Fleet Service Strategy Focuses on Technical Support and Network Expansion
As the truck and bus tyre market becomes increasingly competitive, ZC Rubber introduced a fleet service strategy. It aims to deliver greater value to partners and customers. This approach emphasises closer technical collaboration with fleets, offering daily on-site technical support and testing opportunities for WESTLAKE TBR tyre products. It also includes promotional initiatives that help partners strengthen their relationships with clients. A central pillar of the strategy is the ambition to build a European-wide service network. This service network is to ensure there is consistent and reliable support across the continent.

Product Innovation and Expertise Drive Performance for Fleets
The conference also featured a presentation from Ákos Barcsik, Deputy General Manager of ZC Rubber Europe. He shared insights on the company’s product innovation and technology.
Liao noted, “In Europe, our priority is to provide fleets with the right tyre products backed by technical expertise. With reliable products, on-site engineering support, and tyre testing programs, we help partners deliver measurable performance and cost efficiency to their customers.”
Partner Insights and Collaboration Shape Future Growth
The conference invited Interpneu, a leading German commercial tyre service provider, to share its experience on serving fleet customers, and DSV, a global leader in logistics, to provide in-depth insights into fleet requirements. These perspectives offered more concrete directions for future cooperation.
The conference featured open discussions and knowledge sharing across sessions. These highlighted the collaborative spirit at the heart of WESTLAKE TYRE’s growth ambitions.
With the theme “Stronger As One, Together To Win,” ZC Rubber and its partners reaffirmed their shared ambition to expand WESTLAKE’s footprint and strengthen the brand’s position in Europe’s dynamic fleet market.
