TiDaeX integration into Tyrenet Zeus, a service management and payments platform for e-jobsheet dealer subscribers, is going live this week. This integration will enable work sent from Tyrenet to the service provider, via the TiDaeX connection, to be delivered directly to the e-Daybook facility within the TiDaeX web account from its Zeus system, thereby accelerating payments.
Tyrenet and TiDaeX
The rollout will commence with standalone e-jobsheet dealers, who have been issued with a connection request from Tyrenet via TiDaeX. By accessing the “Company Connections” tab on the main menu bar of their TiDaeX account and using the search facilities to find “Tyrenet,” dealers will be able to accept the connection request.
Dealers simply “re-launch” (or “bounce”) that work to their preferred fitter using the e-jobsheet app to receive and complete the job. Completion of the subsequent work on e-jobsheet will be updated (digital jobsheet and work data) into the Tyrenet Zeus system, enabling them to be paid more quickly for work.
In the coming weeks, Tyrenet will also commence rolling out on TiDaeX’s “on-call” facilities, so that if a fitter is defined by the dealer business as on-call for night work, for example, between 12 midnight and 7 am in its TiDaeX web account, the company can send the work directly to the technician’s app through the pre-established connection. Online training sessions will be available to those dealers who choose to participate to understand more.
Aaron Mikoleizik, managing director of Tyrenet, says, “We would encourage all e-jobsheet dealer subscribers to accept the connection request in their TiDaeX web account and, only once the connection is in place, ask their technicians to log out and back into their e-jobsheet apps. Thereafter, the business can flow elegantly and systematically between companies.”
