Strengthening Global Port Industry Presence Through PEMA Membership
In January 2026, Sailun Tyre Europe joined the Port Equipment Manufacturers Association (PEMA) as an official member, focusing on its Maxam brand. With this step, the world’s tenth-largest tyre manufacturer is strengthening its position as one of the leading suppliers of speciality tyres in logistics, material handling and port applications.
Under the brand MAXAM, the Sailun Group has a production capacity of 447,000 tons of speciality tyres annually – including logistics and heavy-duty applications in overseas ports worldwide. Sailun is therefore now a member of the Port Equipment Manufacturers Association (PEMA).
