A series of new benefits for independent garage members was unveiled during the 2026 annual conference by Point S UK.
Point S Connect: A Digital Hub for Members
The conference highlighted the launch of Point S Connect. This five-figure investment unites the network’s products, services, and solutions within a single integrated hub. The platform will simplify how members interact with Point S offerings. This will create a more connected ecosystem between suppliers, the network and end customers.
They supplement this with digital initiatives, including a collaboration with Yext that connects digital customer journeys to physical garages. The platform will enable motorists to research and purchase tyres and services online. It will then direct them to local Point S member garages for installation and servicing.
Supporting Garage Facilities and Brand Consistency
Point S Managing Director Ali Yilmaz announced support for members’ garages, keeping physical facilities central to modern automotive trading. The network commits to harmonising Point S UK members, actively aligning both the internal and external appearance of garages across the network. This approach creates a consistent and recognisable customer experience while reinforcing the professionalism and quality associated with the Point S brand.
While each member remains a fully independent business, the harmonised approach ensures customers encounter the same service promise and level of professionalism wherever they visit a Point S garage. This ensures trust begins before the customer even enters the garage.
