Interfit has recently acquired two businesses in Spain: Delgado e Hijos S.A. and Rodelma S.L , two material handling tyre service providers.
Expanding Its Network
Interfit has announced the acquisition of the businesses of Delgado e Hijos S.A. and Rodelma S.L, expanding its presence in Europe and Spain. Delgado e Hijos S.A., founded in 1962 and based in Barcelona, and Rodelma S.L., established in 2008 in Castellón (Valencia Region), are specialised providers of material handling tyre and service solutions for machine dealers and material handling fleets.
