Tructyre strengthens its senior leadership team by appointing experienced directors to drive growth, performance, and operational excellence.

New Sales & Marketing and Finance Directors Appointed to Drive Growth

Tructyre has made two further key appointments to its senior leadership team. Paul Beddows joins the business as Sales & Marketing Director, while Mark Evans joins as Finance Director.

Both began at Tructyre on 30th March, bringing with them strong industry knowledge and extensive experience in their respective roles.

Paul Beddows Brings Proven Sales Leadership and Industry Expertise to Tructyre

Beddows was previously at Dawsongroup EMC, where he served as Sales Director for the past 6 years. During this time, he oversaw sustained growth and managed a team responsible for Europe’s largest EMC (Environmental Municipal Civil) fleet, comprising more than 2,000 assets. He has an impressive track record across a range of sales and marketing functions, having also worked at NCP (National Car Parks), Tyco and ParkingEye.

“For me, it’s all about the people. This is a great opportunity to build on the strong team and positive culture already in place, and to continue driving the business forward over the next few years,” says Beddows.

“My background is focused on creating a high-performance environment where people can flourish and succeed.”

“That’s what I am aiming to bring to Tructyre. It’s a business that prides itself on exceptional service, and I’m delighted to take on the challenge of helping to drive further growth and help to shape its future.”

Mark Evans Adds Strong Financial Leadership to Support Business Expansion

Evans has a broad and extensive finance background. His most recent role was Finance Director at Hexstone, a high-volume wholesale supplier specialising in fasteners and fixings. Previously, he held senior financial positions at engineering firm IMI and at Finning, the world’s largest Caterpillar (CAT) dealer.

Commenting on his new position, Evans says, “This is an exciting time to be joining Tructyre, with ambitious plans to take the business forward. Its reputation was a big draw, particularly its strength and scale.

“Working alongside the senior management team, it will be my role to ensure finance delivers a first-class service to the business. That’s imperative for the journey Tructyre is embarking on. I’m confident I can bring fresh ideas to improve performance and processes.”

Tructyre Strengthens Leadership and Service Network

The appointments follow the recent announcement of Mark Holland as Operations Director, as Tructyre continues to strengthen its leadership team.

Tructyre is 100% focused on the provision of mobile services, supporting businesses operating trucks, trailers, buses and coaches. Its team operates from 40 depots across England, Wales and Scotland, supported by additional stocking points. This robust network ensures technicians can access the precise fitments they require around the clock, whether conducting service work at a customer site or responding to a roadside emergency.
