Maxam is the official tyre partner of STIHL Timbersports, further expanding its involvement in the DACH event series and presenting its brand across Europe at international and regional events.
2026 Series
Member of the Sailun Group, Maxam is improving its brand presence at the competitive woodcutting championships, remaining a partner of the 2026 DACH series. This year, the international championship will be held over three semi-finals in Mellrichstadt, Germany (2 and 3 May), Atzmännig, Switzerland (4 and 5 July), and at Waiblingen, the STIHL Headquarters (25 and 26 July), as well as the final in Austria.
Maxam will be organising social media competitions, customer events and dealer training sessions at STIHL Academy throughout the season, while also becoming a part of the STIHL Timbersports logistics fleet, which includes tractors, forklift trucks and heavy-duty lorries.
In addition, Maxam will be a part of 25 demonstration events in the STIHL Timbersports series across Germany, including Automechanika Frankfurt (8 to 12 September).
“Following the extremely positive response to Maxam’s involvement last year, both from the public and from our distribution partners, there was no question that we would expand our participation in the Stihl Timbersports Series,” explains Harry Wang, General Manager of Sailun Group Europe. “What’s more, these challenging sporting competitions, which impressively demonstrate the combination of endurance, strength and speed, are a perfect fit for the qualities of our Maxam tyres.“
