Goodyear Retains Culina Logistics
Goodyear and its TruckForce network have announced that they have retained the Culina Logistics account. Goodyear’s three year relationship with the Market Drayton-based business has seen Culina Logistics lorries sport the TruckForce imagery as part of their livery, with the 800+ strong fleet managed by TruckForce also fitting Goodyear’s new RHT II regional haul, multi-
application tyre. Now, at the start of a new contract Goodyear will see not only its RHT II tyre fitted across the Culina Logistics fleet but also its LHT II and TreadMax retreads. All these fitments will continue to be supported by
TruckForce.
Thomas van Mourik, Managing Director at Culina Logistics, commented: “Goodyear and its TruckForce network have demonstrated to us an exemplary service record and a personal touch that meets our exact needs. We were very happy to renew the relationship and look forward to working together in the years ahead.”

Specialist manufacturer of surface cleaning equipment Aebi Schmidt has selected the Hankook Vantra LT tyre for its popular Swingo 200 street cleaning vehicles.
At over 4 tonnes, the Swingo 200 is a versatile and tough machine that can expect a long and arduous working life. This specialist machine also boasts a large hopper capacity, resulting in a 50 per cent bigger payload than other street sweepers. Andy Reilly, Technical Manager at Aebi Schmitt, said: “We wanted a high-quality tyre that

and durable.

Resisting damage
whilst working in tight
spaces and coping
with the weight
transfer caused by the
edge of the road
camber demand a very
tough, resilient and durable tyre. The 215R14 Vantra LT meets the exacting requirements of both the machine and its German manufacturer.

The new pairing was put into action
earlier this year when Aebi Schmidt provided a Swingo 200 to clean around Hankook's new warehouse facility prior to its official opening by HRH The Princess Royal.
