Norgesdekk strengthens the position of Yokohama Off-Highway Tires for the aftermarket segment in Norway
Opportunity for Further YOHT Growth in the Norwegian off-Highway Tyre Market
Yokohama Off-Highway Tires announced an additional partnership for the Norwegian market with wholesaler, Norgesdekk, for the supply of one of the strongest off-highway tyre brands available. This is in addition to NDI as the brand’s strategic partner in the Nordics for almost 40 years now. Norgesdekk offers Norway’s widest range of tyres and wheels for cars, trucks, agriculture machines and specialised vehicles. Today, Norgesdekk currently disposes 43,000 m² of stock, with a capacity of more than 550,000 tyres and wheels. The new partnership will thus allow to supply Norwegian customers in agriculture, industrial, mining and the construction sector with the strongest, and a full range of off-highway tyres.

Established in 1983, Norgesdekk has evolved into one of Norway ’s largest wholesale tyre providers. Through acquisitions and investments, the company has expanded its facilities across Norway, including seven branches from Narvik in the north to Kristiansand in the south. In 2022, Norgesdekk recorded a turnover of over NOK 1 billion. “We are very happy and proud to become an official importer of Yokohama Off-Highway Tyres’ strong program, and we see that the company is enormously innovative with new modern tyres of very high quality and longevity”, comments Sveinung Ueland, product manager in Norgesdekk AS.
