New Giti Tyres on Show on The Tire Cologne

Introducing in Europe, the GSR237 Combi Road in 355/50R22.5 has been designed for high load, low platform transportation in both highway and regional applications. Suitable for different brands, the tyre has been proven to deliver enhanced abrasion resistance and superior mileage with test fleet partners. The tyre has a B in Rolling Resistance and A in Noise as well as the 3PMSF label so it suits all-year-round usage in all EU countries.

Likewise, available in 215/75R17.5, the GSR236 Combi Road is the first steer tyre to bring the manufacturer’s Combi Road technology to small and medium commercial vehicles in highway and regional usage. Replacing the GAR820 tyre, the new modern and innovative pattern design is based on three grooves delivering a stiff pattern for regular wear and high mileage. Internal field tests show a 30% improvement against their predecessor. Robust sidewall protection bands prevent scuffing and damage due to kerb impacts and the tyre possesses high wet grip properties confirmed with a B rated EU label. It is 3PMSF homologated.

The GDL617 Ecoroad is a more environmentally considered tyre for the commercial vehicle sector. Unveiled in size 315/70R22.5, it is designed to lower fuel consumption costs in highway and regional applications. Made with new technologies, the tyre has low heat generation and low energy consumption to make for a more sustainable option for fleets looking to enhance safety and comfort on the road.
