Trelleborg Showcased It's Latest Material Handling Tyre Solutions

Trelleborg Wheel Systems was looking forward to attending LogiMAT 2022 after a two-year break. Trelleborg developed tyres that ensure driving safety, stability and performance in a wide range of applications. For medium intensity material handling applications, the XP800 tyre is a new resilient solid tyre, versatile for working in all conditions both indoors and outdoors, providing high reliability and successful performance.

Designed for maximum intensity applications, the XP1000 tyre provides customers moving materials around ports, warehouses, and shop floors, with optimum traction and minimal vibration to bring greater comfort, increased safety, lower fuel consumption and a longer tyre life for more cost effective and sustainable operations. Engineered for the most demanding applications, the PS1000 tyre combines a special rubber compund  with a new tyre design to deliver superior quality, increased uptime, higher performance and improves safety.

Trelleborg Pit Stop Line technology features on both the XP1000 and PS1000 tyres, to add value to customers by avoiding early tyre replacement and unnecessary downtime. This innovative technology can improve driving safety, and make it easier to plan tyre services. When the Pit Stop Line's highly visible orange band appears on the tyre, this indicates that there are approximately 100 hours of tyre life remaining, so operators and fleet managers can have100 per cent accuracy for when their tyres need replacing.
