Sailun Launches MS600 Press-On Solid Tyre with EcoPoint3

Maxam MS600

Sailun’s Maxam Tire brand unveiled its MS600 press-on solid, a high-performance tyre aimed at vehicles within the material handling industry.

Sailun Launches Maxam Solid Tyre Range

The tyre features Sailun’s new rubber compound technology, EcoPoint3, and will be manufactured using a fully automated strip winding process to ensure end products are of a high quality and deliver performance consistency. Produced in aggressive tread widths, the MS600 will be manufactured at Maxam’s brand new and state-of-the-art solid tyre factory.

Featuring a 5° sidewall taper, the MS600 press-on solid benefits from one of the widest tread widths available to the industry, providing vehicles a high level of stability, grip and tyre life.

For maximum load distribution and stability during stop and go operations, the MS600 features a full tread profile for a larger footprint area. Produced using Maxam’s EcoPoint3 liquid state blending compound, the MS600 benefits from improved rolling, skid and wear resistance. This means the tyre’s masterbatches contain less filler and can handle higher ratios of stress at elongation and minimum proportions of impurities for a more consistent and leading-edge compound.

“In continuation of establishing the brand-new solid factory with advanced automation and creating the evolutionary EcoPoint3 compound technology, the new MS600 series marks another milestone of Maxam Tire’s commitment of providing unmatched performance, value and productivity to the material handling market,” said Troy Kline, president of Sailun’s Maxam Tire North America. “We are confident that the new program will raise industry standards and provide the valuable business solutions that our customers deserve.”
