Goodyear Total Mobility with Drive Results Roadshow on European Tour

The Goodyear Drive Results Roadshow stops in Austria and Germany to introduce end-to-end solutions that create synergies that increase efficiency and performance

Goodyear presents the added value of its Goodyear Total Mobility complete offer in 13 European countries as part of a roadshow and a tailor-made digital campaign. The tour through Europe has been running since April. It is based on the dates of the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship and also stops in central cities and at trade fairs.

So, the Goodyear showroom is coming to Vorchdorf, Austria on July 6th before moving to Germany and staying there from July 15th to 17th July at the Nürburgring as part of the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship.

Goodyear invites fleet operators to experience the benefits of connecting processes, solutions and services and shows how a sustainable, efficient and competitive fleet can be created.

Goodyear's Total Mobility offering consists of three components: a full range of new and retreaded commercial vehicle tyres, tyre and fleet management solutions and the TruckForce service network - Goodyear's network for high-quality truck tyre service.

Individual solutions for all requirements requires intelligent tools such as automatic tyre pressure and tread depth monitoring with the Goodyear CheckPoint (formerly Drive-Over-Reader) efficiently measures important aspects of tyre condition, so that every journey is efficient and sustainable.

The Goodyear TPMS detects a change in tyre temperature or air pressure in real time and issues an alert so that a tyre-related breakdown can be prevented.

With Goodyear DrivePoint, a networked tyre inspection solution for automatic tyre pressure measurement at the depot is possible.

Drive Results Tour attendees can expect an experience tailored to their business focus. In the mobile showroom, Goodyear's latest generation of versatile and fuel-efficient tyres will be on display, accompanied by a virtual augmented reality element that will bring visitors even closer to the built-in technology.

It shows the benefits of the products, but also how important optimised rolling resistance is for cost-efficiency and minimising a vehicle's carbon footprint. For example, using the new Fuelmax Endurance results in two percent less CO2 emissions, or 100 tons of CO2 emissions and 40,000 litres of fuel per year.

Piotr Czyzyk, Managing Director Proactive Solutions and Fleet Europe says; "We are very pleased to be able to present the many advantages of the Goodyear Total Mobility offer across Europe this year. Last year we announced our strategic cooperation with ZF and together we can further expand our expertise in data intelligence.

For transport companies, easy access to the key data of various vehicle components, be it tyres, trucks or trailers, is an important step to facilitate their digital transformation. Today's fleets need preventive and predictive information together with end-to-end fleet management solutions that help them take the right action in seconds." Maciej Szymanski, Director Marketing Europe, adds; "Goodyear is constantly looking for ways to increase fleet efficiency. In an economic environment with rising costs, the advanced solutions can help our partners save money, run their business more efficiently and at the same time gain a competitive advantage We recognise that every fleet faces unique challenges, so it is important to customise and showcase the potential savings."
