CAM-Backed Richard Gifford Scores Top Ten Position at European 8 Ball Championships

Richard Gifford capped off a memorable 8 Ball Pool Championship in Killarney, Ireland with a top ten finish. 

Strong Showing in 8 Ball Pool Championship

For the 8 Ball Pool Championship Gifford was put to the test with a selection of challenging matches. In the end, Gifford was defeated by the eventual winner of the 8 Ball Pool Championship, the Maltese player Grech. Overall, Gifford finished an impressive 9th out of 256 competing in the Championship. With his sponsorship by CAM Systems throughout the 2022 season, Gifford can concentrate on his development as a pool player.

The CAM-backed star is currently ranked 16th worldwide, following his strong showing at the Championship. Commenting on his performance and looking forward to future competitions, Gifford concluded, “It’s thanks to CAM’s sponsorship that it’s been possible for me to continue playing at this high level.”
