Fedecom, the Dutch Association responsible for companies that are active in technology for agriculture has revealed a monthly downturn for June for agricultural tractor registrations and a similar increase for narrow-gauge tractors.

Fedecom Publish Latest Figures for June

Agricultural tractor registrations for June came in at 222 units trailing 2021’s benchmark by 28.37%. The year-to-date figures according to Fedecom are still down on 2021 but by a smaller margin compared to June figures with 1121 agricultural tractors sold in H1 against 1,235 in the first half of 2021. This comes out with 2022 trailing 2021 by 10.1%.

As for narrow-gauge tractors, the scenario for June is more positive one with 79 tractors sold which was 20.25% up year-on-year and 5.25% ahead of 2021 in the year-to-date standings.

Fedecom will be hoping for a rebound in sales in the agricultural tractor segment and the continued strong performance seen in June for narrow-gauge tractors which will be welcome news to tyre manufacturers working closely with OEMs in the country.
