Since February, BF Goodrich has been promoting a new All Season tyre for light commercial vehicles in the form of the BFGoodrich ACTIVAN 4S which is Michelin’s latest all season offering delivering high grip and enhanced safety, as well as being suitable for all types of terrain.
Michelin Reveals Latest BFGoodrich Offering
Boosting a 3PMSF marking, as well as a B rating for wet performance, Michelin’s BFGoodrich ACTIVAN 4S tyre suits van users on different terrains and in different weather conditions throughout the year.
The tyre, which is available in 18 rim sizes between 15-16 inches covers 85% of the sales for tyres in the LCV segment. The BFGoodrich ACTIVAN 4S has a directional pattern with wide interconnected channels, which helps water evacuation. The large number of sipes on the studs of the tyre help improve grip on wet and snowy roads. Finally, the tyre has robust lugs on the shoulders to help withstand bumps on curving roads while maintaining solid traction in mud and snow.
Michelin has confirmed that between now and 2023 the range will be complemented with other dimensions for 17 inch rims.
