Stemming from the company’s ‘Are you ready for a new generation of showroom’, mantra, Trelleborg Wheel Systems has added a new Innovation Area to its virtual showroom to continue the project they officially opened in March 2021.

Innovation Area Puts Technical Advancements Front and Centre

Innovation is right at the customer’s fingertips, as Trelleborg showcases its tyre solutions, such as its advanced compounds engineered to provide professionals with increased productivity, safety, and sustainability, including ProTEX, ProHD and Heat Shield.

Emilian Vesco, Marketing Training & Development Senior Manager at Trelleborg Wheel Systems heralded the new area of the virtual showcase by explaining how the Innovation Area will be the go-to place for innovative concepts as they occur. She said, Trelleborg is constantly innovating when it comes to helping customers run their operations more smoothly. The Innovation Area allows customers to explore the latest advancements as they happen. We continue to bring new ways to help customers in the agriculture, construction and materials handling fields to drive their business – anytime, anywhere in the world.”

Seeing the move as part of the changing needs of customers, Vesco sees digital apps as tools for customers to stay abreast of new innovations in the field. She added, “Our Innovation Area helps take our customers up to the next level, so they can stay on top of emerging technologies and use them to power their productivity.”

Visitors accessing the Innovation Area can also use the “Book a Meeting” option. This puts customers in touch with a Trelleborg representative speaking English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Chinese.

Digital Hub Offers Smart Solutions for Day-to-Day Challenges

As well as hi-tech solutions, Trelleborg’s Innovation Area also features a Digital Hub. Customers can choose from a wide range of mobile apps and services to help grow their business right from their smartphone: from TLC Plus that lets operators check the tyre pressure of their fleet and adjustment recommendations, to discovering the entire Tyre Book or finding the Dealer nearest them. Online visitors can also access the new Concept Center, featuring exclusive previews of next-generation tyre technology. The Innovation Area is just the latest in Trelleborg's project to offer digital solutions for its customers.
