After 26 years, Pirelli and Inter Milan's relationship is due to change starting from next year’s 2021/2022 season through to the 23/24 season, the company is now the football team's Global Tyre Partner.
Inter Milan and Pirelli Continue to Find New Windows of Opportunity 26-Years into Their Partnership
Having featured on the Nerazzurri kit for 26 years, Pirelli’s long-standing relationship with Inter Milan continues to diversify. Pirelli will now be able to promote a more corporate strategy, which will focus on market segments and an international audience who can view Pirelli's tyre portfolio. As part of the changing relationship, Pirelli will develop new marketing and communication opportunities to illustrate the full range of Pirelli products and services for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
Alessandro Antonello, Corporate CEO of FC Inter Milan enthusiastically rang in the announcement by saying, “We are happy to announce the continuation of the relationship between Inter and Pirelli, a historic and successful collaboration that has lasted for 26 years. Pirelli is part of the Nerazzurri family, and we hope that this new partnership agreement will allow us to reach new important milestones together.”
