The Alliance Agri Star II radial tyre, which utilises Stratified Layer Technology (SLT) has been chosen as one of the five nominees for Best Agricultural Tyre at Los Premios Hevea, organised by Europneus.
YOHT Nets Nomination for Third Edition of Los Premios Hevea
Los Premios Hevea, organised by Europneus and now in its third edition, is scheduled to take place at the IFEMA Fair, Madrid on 27th January.
Pedro Blanco, Yokohama Off-Highway Tires Country Manager, Iberia, said of YOHT’s nomination: “Being nominated is an honour and a recognition in itself. It underlines the technical experience in the design and development of innovative tyres that Alliance has, and we are grateful that our Agri Star II will be part of this important competition.”
The other nominees in the category are equally active manufacturers in the Spanish market. Blanco believes that YOHT’s nomination was earned due to its innovative design, stating that the combination of design, materials and technology behind the Agri Star II has helped the tyre become a force to be reckoned with in the European market.
Blanco added that visitors to FIMA AGRÍCOLA 2022, which takes place in Zaragoza, will see the Agri Star II at YOHT’s stand, E-F-9-14, in hall 6, from 8-12 February 2022. FIMA AGRÍCOLA 2022 is shaping up to be a big agricultural event in 2022, especially with the cancellation of AGRITECHNICA 2022, which Commercial Tyre Business reported yesterday.
