ROADONE Conduct New Truck Tyre Road Test on GD777

ROADONE has concluded a heavy load test for their GD777 truck tyre over a 400 kilometre distance in Yunnan Province, South China. The three month old tyres were tested under a total weight of 117 tonnes to examine tyre performance, safety and wear. 

Heavy Load Truck Tyre Tests for ROADONE 

The tyres were fitted to a truck which is used to mainly transport coal, which lends itself to an unsteady load weight. This requires overall higher tyre standards.

The driver was satisfied with the performance of the tyre after being quoted as saying, "if the tyres can be used for more than 6 months, and prove not to have issues within the first four, then it can be classified as reliable." 

Following the tests for the GD777, ROADONE stated that "it meets these requirements, providing a positive and safe driving experience".
