BKT and BBL Extend Sponsorship Deal

After great results during the first two years of collaboration, BKT and the KFC Big Bash League have extended the partnership until 2023, with a new role as League Partners of BBL (the Australian cricket league) to continue the brand’s visibility.

BKT Become League Partners

BKT announced in October a new agreement signed with Cricket Australia to extend the partnership with the KFC Big Bash League, extending the initially envisioned 2021 end date until 2023.

After initially starting out as a League Supplier, BKT have upgraded their sponsorship to become a League Partner. This means that they’re within the second highest category of sponsor, after the title sponsor. As part of their new status, BKT will receive several additional rights, including expanded visibility on LED boards, vision screens, boundary ropes and umpires’ uniforms, as well as the right to create several activations, both in and outside the venue, as well as comprehensive digital support from Cricket Australia. The Mumbai-based company will also continue to be visible during international matches and during fan events organised over the course of the season.
